Please review our return and refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which claims are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund:
    • A 100% refund will be issued if the parcel arrives fully damaged.
    • A valid unboxing video(recorded from the start of opening the sealed package) is mandatory to support your claim.
  • Partial Refund:
    • In cases where the product is partially damaged, a partial refundwill be offered based on the extent of the damage.
    • A valid unboxing video is required to assess the damage and process the refund accordingly.
  • Lost Parcel Refund:
    • In the unfortunate event that your parcel is lost by the postal department, the settlement will be handled as follows:
      • 50% of the order valuewill be refunded to the customer.
      • 50% of the order valuewill be borne by the customer.
    • Refund processing for lost parcels may take up to 30 days from the date of confirmation by the postal department.

2. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following scenario:

  • Incorrect Item Received:
    • If you have received the wrong item, a return will be accepted.
    • A clear parcel opening videoshowing the unboxing process is mandatory to validate your claim.

3. Important Guidelines for Claims

To ensure a smooth refund or return process, please adhere to the following:

  • The unboxing video must clearly capture:
    • The sealed package before opening.
    • The entire unboxing process without pauses or edits.
    • Visible proof of the damage or incorrect product.
  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be considered.
  • Return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Order Number
    • Clear Unboxing Video(uploaded via email or preferred platform)
    • Description of the Issue

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for for damaged or incorrect items will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds for lost parcels may take up to 30 days from the date the postal department confirms the parcel is lost.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
  • Claims without a valid parcel opening video.
  • Requests made beyond the 48-hour window from the delivery date.
