3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier services. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
  • Lost Parcels: In case of a parcel being lost by the postal department, a50%-50% settlement will apply. Refund processing for lost parcels may take up to 30 days from confirmation of loss.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been shipped within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
  • Padmavati Enterprisereserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice or reason. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: A 100% refundwill be issued if the parcel arrives fully damaged.
  • Partial Refund: For partially damaged items, a refund will be processed based on the extent of the damage.
  • Lost Parcel Refund: For lost parcels, a 50%-50% settlement will apply.
  • Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for incorrect items received. A parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims.

6. Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a refund or return, a clear parcel opening video is mandatory. The video must:

  • Show the sealed package before opening.
  • Capture the entire unboxing process without edits.
  • Clearly display the damaged item or incorrect product.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following prepaid payment methods:

  • Razorpay (Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.)
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Bank Transfer

Note: Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternative payment methods unless specified.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Padmavati Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by postal services, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by incorrect handling after the parcel has been delivered.
